Planning Profile Summary (PPS)

Aggregated data on faculty, staff, students, student credit hours, class size, research, budget, expenditure, and space metrics. Formatted to base year 1994 and includes the most recent four years of data in HTML version. Users can also select specific years, units, and variables using the University Metric Tools Excel workbook.

Note: Reported discrepancies in data for FY17 sponsored awards and expenditures due to remapping of source system.

Unit Data Report Templates and Graphs (Excel)

This workbook contains the data supporting The Planning Profile Summary and the annual Data Digest College Profile Graphs. Several data templates are included. See overview worksheet for instructions and general information. You need to save the workbook to your own location and use Excel 2007. You can then modify the units selected and/or variables used. Because of the size and depending on the speed of your processor, it may take a few minutes to load and/or save.

Steps to Update the Data for Unit Data Report Templates and Graphs (Excel)

Users who have saved the Unit Data Report Templates and Graphs workbook and created their own worksheets or made modifications i.e., changed specific Row Ids and AUC ids should review these instructions.  Use the “Updating Data” worksheet/tab for steps on copying and pasting the most recent data into your existing workbook.   Your templates will automatically update.
